RER Bows, LLC currently builds both recurves and longbows in many different sizes and styles.  We usually have a variety of In-Stock bows available, but for those with special desires, custom orders are an option with a waiting period of approx. 8 months. We are committed to matching our customers with the perfect bow to fulfill their needs.

For the recurve shooter, we have 3 models available, all utilizing a static recurve design.  The standard three piece recurve is currently offered in 56”, 58”, 60”, 62” & 64” lengths, which is achieved by offering four riser lengths and two limb lengths.  The Arroyo™ is our one-piece design and it is available in 54”, 58”, 60”, & 62”.  Our newest recurve design is the XR™.  The XR™ is a 3 piece takedown recurve with a smaller, deflexed, 50’s style riser. It is currently available in 58”, 60”, 62”, & 64”.

For the longbow shooter, we have 3 models available, all utilizing a reflex-deflex limb design.  The standard longbow has a traditional D Shape design and is available in 62” & 64”.  The popular Vortex™, has more reflex-deflex and a reverse handle.  An optional heel may be added to the riser if desired.  This option makes the grip fill the lower part of the hand and makes an easier transition to a longbow from a recurve or compound.  The Vortex™ is currently available in 56”, 58”, 60”, 62”, & 64”.  Our newest longbow design is the LX™.  This is a 3-piece takedown longbow designed to match the 1-piece Vortex™. The LX™ is currently available in 60”, 62”, 64”, & 66”.

Each bow, either In-Stock or Custom Made, is a handcrafted, quality product with high regard to performance and detail.  RER Bows are one of the fastest bows available, yet remain vary stable, smooth, and quiet.   We recommend a Dynaflight 97 or Fast Flight equivalent string to obtain the best performance from all our bows.
